Returns and Exchanges

At BrownHaus Jewellery, we aim to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Returns Policy:

  • Domestic Orders: We allow 14 days from the date of delivery for returns.
  • International Orders: We allow 30 days from the date of delivery for returns.
  • To initiate the return process, please contact us at admin@brownhaus.com.au and request a Return Authorisation form (RA Form).
  • The RA Form must be completed and returned to us before any returns or exchanges can be processed.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and documentation.

Reasons for Return: We offer returns for the following reasons:

  • Adjustment to ring size 
  • Exchange for a different style provided the piece was not custom-made for you.

Please note that refunds will not be accepted for change of mind.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, please contact us within the applicable timeframe specified above and request a Return Authorisation form (RA Form).
  • The RA Form must be completed and returned to us before any exchanges can be processed.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and documentation.
  • We will exchange the item for the new style subject to availability and any price difference.
  • If the new item is of a lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

Custom Orders: Please note that items that are custom-made or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.

Repairs:

  • We will repair any items with manufacturing faults within the first 6 months from the purchase date.
  • In this case, proof of purchase must be provided.
  • This is subject to review by our jewellers to ensure the repair being request is due to a manufacturing fault 
  • Manufacturing faults do not include: damage via every-day wear and tear,  broken chain, cracked or broken stones or pearls, oxidized or fading plating, bending of rings or earrings or claws,  etc.
  • For repairs, please contact us at admin@brownhaus.com.au and request a Return Authorisation form (RA Form).

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be processed if the item is faulty 
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Care Instructions:

  • In order to maintain your jewellery in perfect condition, we recommend following our care instructions.
  • We also recommend having your jewellery serviced annually by us.
